Shake Is For 8th Graders

I think this song is about the children messing up their youth because they don't know what they're capable of.

The title refers to shake(a type of marijuana) being for eighth graders.

"Voice 1: "What happened to your shine?" Voice 2: "I used to have a shine, huh." Voice 1: "And what happened to it?" Voice 2: "Well, what kind of shine was it?"" The boy doesn't know he has a shine, and he's lost whatever shine he didn't know he had.

"Beneath you drips my type I'll keep tabs on her wardrobe especially if the negligent neglige slips ever so gently off the slip of her ass" Refers to lack of modesty in women's clothing.

"A letter picked, jaundiced and paved your cheap spurs are only swelling with age" A letter was taken, covered in bile(jaundice is an increased amount of bile in the skin and eyes), and made concrete, or permanent. I have no idea what spurs refers to, could mean violence or swearing?

"I won't get Tourette's if you don't get Tourette's I won't get Tourette's if you don't get to rest" This one's an enigma for me. I have no idea what it has to do with anything in the song. Maybe it means people won't swear if other people don't swear? Some sort of monkey-see-monkey-do argument?

"Voice 1: "So what happened to your shine?" Voice 2: "I guess it disappeared... uh, thanks to you." Voice 1: "Why me?" Voice 2: "I dont know, 'cause you're the one that only mentions it."" This other boy KNEW about the potential he had, but he didn't do anything about it. It did disappear because of him. Could refer to a friend's responsibility to take care of their other friend.

"I haven't heard a groan like that since jailbait bars came blessed with rugs I'll wrap this lightpost round your devoted staff came their sighs of twisting cables" I have no idea. xD

"To have deflected their charms I am unable to be listed in your regards if you hurry home I might prevent those scars" The child didn't care about the parents, who tried as hard as they could to stop his actions.

"A stretch of nothingness on stationary mangled when the sleepy wheels rolled 6am so early in the morning " I have no idea. The beginning of Noir(the next song) has snoring noises, so I think this lyric has to do with the next song.
