The first line is defintiely clear for me: Holiday are usually made for people to go out and have fun with friends, but in that case the character doesn't need these holiday because she's addicted to the technology.
More than isolationism, I think the song is also about the fact of being addicted to technology. As even with tests, there is nothing bad in it because it's invisible. Just some kind of mental disease/addiction.
