Well in terms of the meaning, i think everyone pretty much gets this straight on. Its about a girl who is essentially a huge tease, because she wil make-out with almost anyone, but then wont let them much further.
HOWEVER. i really dont like the new OTDE version, because the added lyrics about molly taking off her dress and the fact that he doesn't care lead us to believe that she actually dos do more than makeout.... plus i just liked the sound of the old version better :(
