To me this song is pretty much about peer pressure and the constant need to fit in with the crowd. Especially the line "I might sting the first time, it's always the worst time, do you feel sick from the pin prick." which is pretty clear and demostrates that a lot of the time people only have sex to fit in. But I think it's a great show and I love that evermore has made such an awesome concept album about real issues inrhe world and not just love and loss.
