The title may be a reference to a book title 'A Woman Like You', and once again, the lyrics are a parody of Dylan's 'Just Like a Woman'.
The meaning of this piece, to me, seems different in its two contexts, as a piece on 'Mummy & Daddy' and as the last track of 'Cruise'. On 'Mummy & Daddy', it fits in with the rest of the material on domestic violence, while on 'Cruise', it seems like a prototype for pieces like 'Why You Never Became a Dancer' and 'Dans'.
It seems to me, in the 'Cruise' context anyway, to be about shallow behavior. I'd love to hear what other people have to say about this piece, however.
