"Regos the Sane" is right except idk about it being on one of the singles (it might be but idk). you cant get this song without it being on the same track as dammit. also when they played dammit live they would add lyrics from "ice ice baby" or "i wish" by skee lo (and a few other songs that were popular in that era) during the slow break down towards the end. tom would also sing some lyrics live too
