I think that this song is about a guy who is talking about how society interacts now a days. He says "Everybody's unworthy of everybody else these days." It's sad but in today's community people have become in away more self centered do to things such as cell phones and all that stuff, because of this everybody is working on their own scheduals never stopping to just say hi.
