I agree with DiscoveringTheWaterfront, Its the guy's wife that's cheating on him with his best friend, and the guy knows its happening and his best friend can't bear to tell him. It ties in with the lyrics from "I Am The Arsonist" where it says:

Now you tell me you are leaving."
Which explains this song. I wish they would have had a guest singer on this song or something for the chorus or the screaming, so its more apparent that its from two different perspectives, still a good song though.
