This is obviously about the Hungarian Countess Elizabeth Bathory (Báthory Erzsébet)who killed hundreds of Virgin females to bathe in their blood in hopes of forever retaining her beauty. (though this is thought to be a false accusation) But either way she would bathe in their blood, mutilate their bodies, take advantage of them, etc.
