Now, you can't listen to the song and read the lyrics without knowing it's about sex, but it's very much about food as well. I think the comments about anorexia and the long awaited sexual act are BOTH correct; the feelings are so similiar it's easy to confuse the two. If you talk to any anorexic, they'll often bring up sex, whether they don't have it, don't like to be touched, haven't had sex in a noticable amount of time, etc.
