Hard to figure this one out. Have to watch my sci-fi collection again (that could take awhile)....but I can't think of any movie this links up too. The main theme seems to be about alien technology activating near earth, a man receives that message and realizes he is the one who through an awakened consciousness he will lead humanity to a new dawn.
