Anyone looked at the title of this song??
"stranger, you and i" is a line in a famous poem by robert frost
which, incidentally, i think is where kenny gets a lot of his
inspiration from. looking at the poem, i kinda tried to make sense
of the song, because the first hundred times i looked at it i
just couldnt make sense of it. but idk, this is just kind of a
shot in the dark, but i think that its about a wedding that was
supposed to happen, but didnt, because the girl got cold feet.
he refers to it as a 'stage' but that could just as easily mean the altar.
everyone's going home, because the weddings off, and he says we'll
be fine, because she has her friends to run back to, and he has
his alcohol, the makers being makers mark bourbon whiskey.
idk thats just what i think. care to comment??
