I feel there is a serious love triangle at play here, with one woman seeing right through the manipulative games the woman in the relationship is playing. The woman in question is obviously bold, and doing whatever it takes to stay 'up' in the triangle. The woman singing the song is obviously trying to expose the discretions of this other woman, even going as far as stalking the couple. There seems to be a sense of desperation and urgency, hence the need to 'get it right'. However, it isn't long before she is confronted, and basically told to set her 'sat-nav' to hell.
