I thought it was written from the point of view of a porn star who just has meaningless sex with women for money, but secretly wants to experience real love. The only hint we get at this is "Never had the chance to love you, Hard cock, nasty mind" - implying that he's never had the chance to really feel love with anyone, and he's just associated sex with money and its a way of life for him now so it's too late to change the way he feels.
