it's about perseverence~ not giving up even when everything is going against you, and....pushing your way through anyway. but i think most people can tell >.<

"When I close my eyes, everything seems to turn into lies." insecurity, perhaps.
"As long as I keep my eyes forward And push on straight ahead without stumbling on my way. If I do that, one day I'll probably be able to catch up with those clouds, too" being hopeful
"Then, I'll change it all, these really useless and boring values and predudice." this is what miyavism stands for!! so proud that im a fan of miyavi
miyavi seems to be clearly stating what he is exactly aiming to achieve with his music; to change people, and destroy prejudice as much as possible.
in interviews he mentions something about destroying prejudice (i assume social) against visual kei. from his music i also guess he's out to destroy racial prejudice. he's trying to be like a bridge between japan and the rest of the world or something...~
"No such thing as a meaningless, worthless or stupid dream, I'll show you." maybe his idea of wanting to destroy all those prejudice often gets mocked/criticised. seems like quite a tall order after all, to have one man change the world. this shows his determination....he won't be discouraged by criticism
"I wonder how long I should keep on walking I wonder how far I've walked 'til now Even if you look back, this wilderness keeps on getting bigger and the path ahead keeps going on On this road of lonliness, I start to think" miyavi might be insecure. after all he's mostly solo, (of course he has the support of all his fans and other members of the myv team) but he doesn't have say, a permanent bandmate or something like that, so that they can fight hand in hand. (i think?) it's natural that there are occasions where he feels alone. maybe he doesn't really have an exact, clear-cut 'plan' to achieve his goals, so he's scared. and he keeps himself busy with going around trying doing things in hope of succeeding. maybe sometimes, when he thinks about what he's done in the past, he thinks it's all crazy.
"Even if life is full of pain and suffering, meeting you wan't such a bad thing, so long as it keeps my mind of it all. So just for a bit more, won't you stay and not let go of my hand?" well, i have two intrepretations for this section. 'you' could be either us fans, or a specific somebody who means a lot to him. because miyavi always talks about how much his fans mean to him...see now, if he wanted to destroy prejudice, he needs people to help him right? like, he wants to change people, so first he needs people to start listening to what he wants to say. fans are people. if that's the case, he's asking us to hold his hand fot 'just a bit more', kind of like, "do you mind lending me your support a little more?" he's makin a humble request...
it'll also make sense, i guess, if he's addressing somebody special to him here. feeling insecure and lonely, he needs that person to stay with him, lend him support, comfort, accompany him...a
