I think the song is basically about addictions or things that your obsessed with.
Firstly, you see the girl in front of the mirror numerous times, to me the video implies that she is unhappy with her body (or looks) and has an obsession to look good.
Then theres the overweight guy (ha :D), he is evidently obsessed with food, as you see him eating a burger numerous times through the video. He has a food addiction (most likely)
Then there's the young guy who you see a couple of times obviously obsessed with keeping fit.
Then the older man who seems to be into politics. I think he is obsessed with power, he is power hungry.
BUT
It's like they're addressing the obsession/addiction as if it is an actualy being, then at the end you see that they seemed to have beaten it. With the politics guy jumping in the air and all the glittery bits come down. The girls smashing the mirror and the keep fit guy standing with a super hero costume (rather strange) but it sort of implies that he is hero because he overcame the addiction. Maybe ;D
