Somebody made a mess of these lyrics.
My favorite though:
Lovin' and drinkin' in the afternoon, swabbin' the deck and sharpnin' harpoons.
That would be a pretty interesting whaler considering there were never any women on board. Not to mention no alcohol.
But it did give me a good laugh just thinking about it.
