For some reason i'm getting an allegorical resemblance to Christ's day of crucifiction.

"At last the outlaws dead" <---Christ was portreyed as an outlaw by the Gentiles. This is the first of our goodbye's The bells they toll for me "My blood or his on this dirty street" <---My mental picture is the crown of thorns causing Christ to bleed as he's carrying the cross down the street. My God my hands don't fail me now "The devil's tool to do God's will" <---Judas Iscariot? The women cry the men are still "His silhouette up on the hill" <---Christ's crucifiction on the mount

"Now dead man's hill Claims two more soul's tonight" <=== The two other's crucified with Christ

"Just one life to give So that we both might live" <---Christ's sacrifice is the first thing that popped in my head when i read this.
