The line, "I'm makin' the most of what you send my way" sounds like a reference to alimony. She seems pretty sure that he'll take her back and thinks will go back to great. It almost never works that way, and I wonder if Sia intended it to be the hope she feels right before she's about to be crushed. Or maybe that's just me being pessimistic
