Sorry to disappoint you scene kids but not all songs are broken up into verse-chorus-verse-chorus-breakdown-bridge-chorus, I know this is probably really hard to understand just try to imagine if you will that not everything comes from a mold like you.
The "heads rolling" part is not in there to be "more hardcore" (whatever that means) if you listen to the entire CD most of their songs have that feel. It is used to break up the upbeat, interweaving subtle harmony used in the rest of the song, thus giving it more power. It shows different emotion, or possibly a different prospective.
