I can't believe no one has commented on this song yet but a quick correction-the song is called just 'stella', not 'stella and god'.
Anyways, the song seems to be about a guy who falls in love with his drug dealer (who happens to be a hooker), and would do anything to actually have her for a night.
Alternatively, it could actually be about God who goes to a drug dealer/hooker named Stella, and thinks she could take his place if she spends a night with him
