It seems to me that this song is about some kind of manic-depression or something. I heard siouxsie saying that she couldn't and still can't fight against depression cicles, as a lot of people. This is not about the real disorder but maybe about how you can feel bored sometimes, pointless and that the feeling is neverending, going in circles again and again, pressing your brain, whithout control. A jigsaw feeling. And this is amazing about Siouxsie. Most of the people i know think that she must be depressed singing all of those dark songs, but she's not... as far as i know!
