i think it is a really simple commentry on how humanities curiosity has created such a complicated existence. its like she saying that we should just stop for a moment and think about how silly it is that we have made life like this... So they can say 'How bout it?'". It is a simple yet powerful song with the crescendo to the final chorus sung an octave higher than the others. Its beautiful.
