As for its meaning, I think it's got to be about how we are destroying the world, and the juggernaut is mankind, as we tear up what we inherited. They are recognising that although it seems like it will never happen to us, global warming and whatnot is a very real problem, and we have just bought it upon ourselves. It also ties in with the more political approach Shikari are taking on 'Common Dreads'.
