It hasn''t mentioned this song yet, but it was on the album which was made as the soundtrack for a movie, not too long after he met the woman who would become his second wife (Dana York). In the book he mentions having a dream about Dana the night he met her and he could clearly see her face. I am surmising it might be about her.
