Yes, I am happy in..." is it implying that the vigilante is living in poverty or was he planning on shooting those who live on welfare? It sounds to me he spent his last paycheck on bullets and he's saying to himself, "I can waste my bullets on deadbeats I must use them sparingly to exact my revenge." Kind of sounds messed up when you read this verse on it's own. Someone should really clarify this songs meaning in vast detail it would be interesting to know what this verse is trying to imply.
