this song is beautiful. she is very emotionally confused. shes scared. but she needs this change in her life. for 3 months shes been away from her problem. But she isnt sure what is going to happen next. she feels it could go back to square one at any moment. she wants the memories to stay with her. and of course she will always look back and remember but she likes that shes 3 months "sober". i feel as though "wake up" means she knows she should think that she will be ok, but its hard to come to terms with that
