The last 2 lines there are wrong, they should be:
1) "Their always wearing smiles, but their never what they seem"
2) "You can run when your awake but they'll still kill you when you dream"
and im pretty sure in those last two lines they are saying that you gotta watch who you trust, because a lot of people out there are fake (1). And if they have the chance they'll stab you in the back if its you or them on the line (2)
