I think this is a great song, and I'm really looking forward to the new album now! Great move by putting it up for free download for one day only, can't get enough of it. Not so sure about the meaning but it seems to me to just be about how bad things are getting, and there's nothing to celebrate beyond his love with this pretty baby. Maybe the ship (a sign of change in earlier songs) being stuck in the harbour with nowhere to go is kind of bleak? Change has come but everything's the same? What do you all think?
