hxcnuggets, you could be right, but really, Twilight is such a poorly written book-- there's no way Stephanie Meyer could come close to describing the hatred that is expressed in this song. Anyway, yeah, I agree with everyone who mentioned James being Justin's childhood friend... really fun song to listen to, if you don't mind a little anger. >:)
Thanks for the dig at Twilight. It needed to be said. Even though Stephanie Meyer references Blue October, it's not like that's the new meaning of the song. I mean, contrary to pop culture, Twilight is not the meaning of life.

Who would ever do such a terrible thing lol...
to even say the words 'Blue October' and 'Twilight' in the same sentence?
Besides my own question, obviously :-P OR perhaps
'unlike blue october, Twilight is complete shit'

S.M. and J.F. shouldnt be compared in a literary sense at all. her books (twilight sega) have a decent plot but im discouraged by her low diction. her books should not be classified under young adult but rather child horror or next to the "goosebumps".

furthermore, james (twilight) was interested in a cat&mouse chase, so, why even consider that there could be as much feeling as justin expresses??
