You have me distant and estranged - this part of the song is his change of personallity and he cant get her out of her head
No narcotics in my brain
Can make this go away- he been taking drugs (for me it was pot and cigs and im not the normal chain smoker)

I worry that I don't act the way you'd like me to- the dude just feels sorry in what he did wrong in the relationship
