i love this song.. does anyone else interpret it this way:
So ur out partying and drinking and next thing u know u wake up next to someone("i started to blackout.. then someone said good morning"). Maybe it was someone she had been crushing on for a while, but never expected to get with or maybe it was a friend ("i never saw it coming", "i should've seen it coming", "intentional or not i don't think we saw it coming", "i think i see it coming").
ANYWAY EVERYTHING GETS COMPLICATED because she wants to "take a chance on this thing we may have started" so she wants to turn this hook up into something more, but she is conscious that the odds are against them and that it will prolly never be more than a hook up.. but regardless she has feelings for the guy so she feels that since they started someting they might as well give it a shot and hope that it evolves into something..
-anyway this is how i interpret this song.. because that was my situation. and sadly my situation ended up more like "don't let me stop you".. :(
