i think this song is self explanitory. its saying that if she keeps bottleing things up and staying angry its going to hurt them both and hes hurting because of it. im guessing she is shutting him out and hes dealing with the pain hes feeling so since they cant work things out hes alone and tired of having to help himself when she should be helping him. all he wants is for her to talk to him
