One of my favourites - I see it much as you in terms of escaping from a bad situation to think. One or two minor differences - I hear "freeze" as in "freeze frame", and a "fury climb" - i.e. going out and storming up the hill, to a "whisper grass shelf". I love the way the guitar (and that "I..." trailing off) expresses the anger, frustration and ultimately giving in, where words aren't enough.
