I agree, this is by far one of Ashlee's best songs.
I personally think it's about a broken relationship, where the guy left the girl because she wasn't what he wanted. Ashlee's saying that she might be hurt by what happened, but she's not going to change for somebody just because they want her to she's only going to change for herself.
