Really? cause every time I hear this it reminds me of immunology specifically the topic of phagocytes.
Phagaocytes kill invading cells by ingesting (digesting) them and that is the only purpose in life for these cells. Without invading cells (nemesis), the phagocytes would have no purpose in life, hence "each other's blessing". Yeah I doubt that's the real meaning, but it just goes to show how your own interpretation tells the world a lot of what is on your own mind.
