i think this is about a girl who wanted to be something big and special. kinda like dylan's Like a Rolling Stone if u ask me.. but when she fails miserably, he doesnt really give a shitt because she did it to herself by thinking she was above everyone to begin with. ex: rockabye baby rock a bye bitch ( which is a coool ass line) but yeah i think the girl kind of got what was coming to her even though she might have been a bad person in his opinion... just someone with a dream i guess. thats my take.
