Why has nobody commented on this?? Such an amazing song. So sad and so beautiful!
For me the song is about the midst of a break up. Anything could happen, it ois unsure what will come next. But surely it will be bad. It hurt when she left but there was no other solution. There were misunderstandings. He can't see her without being torn apart. It is up to them what will happen next, he will let her decide. She didn't seem to be hurt by leaving him. They don''t have time to work on the relationship. And he hates her guts for it and could kill her, if only he wasn't so depressed/fatigued.
