basically, i think that this song means that this guy and her were close but he up and left her with a broken heart and shes telling him that no matter what he does he'll never find anyone that comes close to "filling her shoes" so to speak..and shes saying that they were perfect but she doesnt know why he left but she knows that he'll never find anyone more perfect for him than her
