I agree with Inconys except I think that the ending is more deep.

I think it's put at the end of the song because it's the end of the relationship. He's finally done.
When she comes home from partying, he will be somewhere else watching a show, while she will come home to an empty dark house and when he says "you don't know what you're missing" esentially is him.

and the very end when he sings "and then I find out somebody was lying with him" I think he is the guy who is alive but the flies make him wonder why and that's because of this girl.. and he finds out she has been with someone else.
