I think it's about someone trying to reveal who they truly are rather than leaving the story of their life to some publicists and gossipers. Yet, no one wants to listen, of course. So...they scream. Maybe it is about suicide or something like that, but I feel all their talk about bidding a world farewell and stuff refers to the life they live now, just leaving it and finding somewhere real. But that's just me anyways.
