I love this song first off. So this is my analysis of it: I do not think Kerli is speaking fondly of her homeland. For one the song is called "Creepshow." That is pretty self-explainitory.
"Ice cream mountains and Chocolate skies."
Ice cream is cold, freezing even- freezing mountains. Frigid. Unpleasent. Chocolate is brown, brown dirty skies.
"Cinnamon houses and licorice flies."
Cinnamon is a flavoring and it has a dusty feel to it. Houses made from it wouldn;t be very stable. And the licorice flies. Even if the other imagery was speaking fondly by comparing her homeland to candy, this line changes it all. Why mention flies? Flies aren't pleasent, and they are generally only present around filth. Licorice is black, so black flies.
She uses clever words and marvelous imagery. It's almost sarcastic and sort of reminds me of Hansel and Gretal. The witch's house was made from candy and looked pleasent, but it really was a horrid place and almost led to their death. In Estonia, she hints at in her music, she couldn't reach her full potential.
