i'm probably wrong, but I think it's about the way people get taught things in a way that doesn't make them think for themselves. They just soak up everything they're told, only to eventually find out that they still can't find the answers to meaningful questions.
Something like that anyway.. Don't really know how to describe exactly what I mean.
