Well, this "jezebel" comes from the story about how she convinced the Hebrew people of Israel to worship the false god "Baal". I was thinking that this could be based from the thoughts of Elijah, the prophet of the OT that proves to the people that Baal is a weak, psudo-god. Then the "destroy" comes from the idea that Elijah has God destroy the believers of this "Baal". BUT, the lyrics call on the name of Jesus, so the "jezebel" could refer to our transgressional world we live in...that is designed to deter us from our everloving God. "I refuse to be just right" could refer to how we live our lives "just right" in escense of what the world preaches and what society tells us how to live. God knows His true believers, and in the end, we will all be called to his kingdom, and our "jezebels" will be sent packing and will be destroyed.
