Meaningless is seemingly an album designed as a showcase of Jon's production talents - and this first track's lyrics somewhat confirm it for me. It was done in 2001 which, given a glance at Jon's production discography, seems to be at the end of a reasonably dry period. Meaningless was therefore an extremely slick "demo" (since it was of his awesome production skills) and, well, he had to start it somewhere.. :)
