anyway. this song means keep pushing on and on. till you get to your destination. no matter how hard it is (through the fire and the flames we carry on!) keep your eye on it. and never give up. now some people just look at the lyrics and "translate" them for word for word. if you do that your rarely gonna find the "real" meaning of the song your looking at. you have to summarize each verse. and then put it all together.

@bvillans You can do a more objective line-for-line or stanza-for-stanza analysis of a piece, but for me I always just kind of have to read or write down the whole thing and listen to it a bunch of times to really find my own meaning. Because yeah songs generally have a particular universal meaning, but what a piece means to me is generally very personal and arcane. I think it's all subjective.
