I have had rocky relationships because of this. But the real tragedy is that she'd been absued and wronged by so many men that she was incapable of fully trusting a man completely. She wasn't prepared for a man who could accept her wholly, and I couldn't live with a woman who'd lie over something like cigarettes. We both agreed that friendship was best, and to stop being a couple. After that our relationship became better than before, LOL. She actually told me the whole truth after we broke up.
