i think it's fantastic and totally unlike lil wayne.
it tells a lot about an artist when they can do more than what everyone expects.
regardless of how common the situation in the song is,
it gives us an entirely different view of lil wayne.
he's putting his pure infatuation and adoration out there for us to hear.
& on top of it, there's pain and confusion and desperation.
all things he never leads off.
