I figured it was Russian. I was listening to this song with my headphones on the other day and I could really hear the yelling part and it made me wonder what was being yelled along with the main spoken part.
About marijuana being ok because it's God's creation...that's absurd and ill-conceived. I don't think God intended for us to roll it up and smoke it. Not to mention it opens the door to even more serious addictions. As a Christian you have to refrain from anything that can get between you and God, whether it be drugs, alcohol, hobbies, TV, even wives/husbands (read 1 Corinthians 7). Distractions come in many forms.
