I'm pretty sure the lyrics here are 90% wrong. Usually, when you read lyrics for a song with hard to decipher vocals, you get that "OH, that's totally what he's saying!" feeling. But not in this case. I really, sincerely think that most of the song is gibberish, almost like scat but not impromptu as he repeats the same gibberish over and over.
For example, instead of "Sending a beating to go" it would be more like "sadaka bidika badaka bo." It makes more sense that it's gibberish since the video is about the animals being sewn into one chimera-like creature. Plus, I'm not sure who wrote the song (probably Serj but very well could have been Buckethead), but any System of a Down fan will know that Serj is infamous for fairly nonsensical lyrics at times, so it's not that weird to think of him singing a song that is literally gibberish. Of course there are some parts of the song that aren't gibberish, like the "we are one" part and probably one or two parts that might count as verses or refrains with actual words being sung.
And remember, this is a Buckethead song FEATURING Serj, and it's from a Buckethead album ("Enter the Chicken"), so more than likely it's not really an anti-war SoaD song.
